Terms of Use

Stance is a mobile training app providing programs, session tracking, AI-based technique analysis from short videos, nutrition tracking and social Crew features. Accounts are created with Apple or Google sign-in.

You are responsible for your account and must not interfere with the App, attempt unauthorized access, publish unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, harass Crew members, manipulate challenges or resell the service without permission.

Stance provides fitness information and automated movement analysis, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI feedback may be incomplete or inaccurate. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort. Use suitable space and equipment and consult a qualified professional if you have an injury, condition, pregnancy or concern.

Features may depend on device compatibility, connectivity, permissions and subscription access. You retain rights to content you create and grant us a limited license to process and display it only to operate the feature you choose. You must have the rights and consent needed for shared content.

Some features require Stance Active or Stance Elite. These auto-renewable subscriptions are billed by Apple under the price and period shown before purchase. Renewal can be disabled in App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Deleting Stance or your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Stance and its software, brand, interface and technology belong to Ysamihal Labs or its licensors. We use reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI results. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using Stance and delete your account at any time. We may suspend serious or repeated breaches. These Terms are governed by French law without removing mandatory protections in your country of residence. Competent courts are determined by applicable law.
